This was by far the best experience we have ever had buying a home. The experience, knowledge, and professionalism was incredible. Meghan went out of her way on a daily basis to help us through every step of the process and beyond. We were able to make everything happen from 600 miles away with ease. Buyer reviewWe came to SC last yr. Fell in love with the area, and started to search for homes. We met up with Meghan Talbot/ Traci Miles. I cannot say enough good things about them. From the start both were so pleasant, friendly and very informative about the area as we were learning about it. They were never pushy, which was important for us. We mentioned 55 plus communities. After checking out Del Webb, we decided to build there. We relied on Meghan and Traci to oversee the build, as had to go back to VT. to sell our home. They were our eyes and ears throughout the whole process. They provided recommendations for an interior designer, a designer to build our patio someone to help with installing our fans..etc.. Meghan is fantastic. She treats everyone with upmost respect and professionalism. She maintained that attitude through out the whole process. C21 is very fortunate to have her as a realtor. We are very pleased with our experience and highly recommend Traci Miles/Meghan Talbot C21!

Since my dad is 94 years old, and can no longer walk on the beach, I figured beachfront property would give him the opportunity to enjoy the ocean view without the walking. Miss Carrie Blevins answered my request of you. Property instantly became my primary contact within weeks. I purchased my condo on the beach.
