Seller reviewTraci Miles knows her business! She is not only intelligent and good at her job, she is absolutely LOVELY to deal with both personally and professionally. Selling real estate can be stressful, but Traci took ALL THE STRESS OFF OF US! I felt like we had to do minimal activity and follow up as Traci was ALWAYS on top of everything. Also, I highly recommend you listen to her recommendations, i.e., stage the property, what to remove or include with the sale, etc., as her suggestions are SPOT ON! It is worth the spend to stage the property as you get that back in the sale price. Also, she has really great and reliable vendors if there are items on your property requiring attention. Her vendors are conscientious and reasonably priced.

She was knowledgeable, understanding of our needs and wants, worked with us on the weekend. Both of y'all were always quick to respond with every question and any problem we had. I could go on and on. 100% will use y'all next year when we buy another. I could go on and on about how great our experience was!
