I had no previous relationship with Century 21 or Michael Brande before proceeding. I had researched a few agents online, and even interviewed a couple others before deciding. There were many agents wanting to earn my business, but we decided to move forward with Michael for a number of reasons. Other agents didn't seem to have a healthy level of aggression, a strong business acumen, and sound strategy- totally necessary if you want to win in this ultra-competitive market. Michael Brande stood out because of his professionalism, market knowledge, and experience with high level negotiating. I wanted to find someone that could really help me capitalize on both a sell and a buy, and move quickly. Michael went above and beyond, doing things for us that wasn't even an expectation. He was honest and straightforward, never sugar-coated the difficult stuff, and always kept me informed. He implemented a great strategy when it was time to buy and we no longer owned our first home. Altogether, we sold our home, bought another, closed/moved-in within 60 days. I had realistic expectations of what to expect...and Michael Brande surpassed all of them. It takes a lot for someone to become a personal reference from me, and he's certainly earned that. I would gladly recommend Michael to my friends and family.

Our needs were very specific...and different from 99.9% of all other buyers, I would guess. Throughout this, Jason was patient and understanding and totally willing to spend time searching--with and without us. He understood our needs and was willing to work with us under Covid-19 circumstances and many, many showings. He was a champion...but, then, we have known that for many years as he spent many of his teenage years in our family environment as a friend of our son. It's exciting to see a fun-loving teenager turn into a husband, father, and professional in his chosen vocation. Jason is the best.
