Jason, If I could have adopted him as younger brother, I would have; he is an outstanding person personally and professionally. We know he selflessly sacrificed time away from his young family to accommodate us. He was up front with what we looked at and provided us options as we went along; his thoroughness and sound understanding of our needs made him an amazing influence on our decision and on our lives. He did a great job through the whole process of showing us homes all the way through closing.

Jason was very on top of things and had a very good sense of what was needed in order to win the house bid and get us into the home that we wanted. He also had connections to lenders that could act quickly, if that would have been needed. I felt like we were in great hands.

Jason is seriously incredible. We've gone through him for our three home purchases and sales; he makes it so easy and fun. He listens to what you want and does everything he can to help you find it. He also sets realistic expectations so you know what to expect and there aren't any unexpected surprises through the buying and selling process. It all started out when my friend introduced me to his real estate agent, Jason, who then took my wife and I around for our very first house. He found us what we needed for our future steps to get equity to purchase a home in Tooele county. He then sold my parent's property near Heber for them since it never got used. We relied on Jason to sell our house in Midvale and he found us a house in Tooele county that is perfect for us to continue our steps in getting our final home in Tooele County. My wife and I will be asking Jason to see this house we have now in another 5 to 7 years. Jason was there for my closing. I am ASOCIAL and do not LIKE people. Jason made it so I could be there with another stranger and sign the paperwork. He catered to my wife's wishes of selling our house and having people take off their shoes. He has pretty much bent over backwards for us finding the house we live in now and selling our house we lived in yesterday. The sales result was beyond excellent, but this survey didn't give me a bubble for that. Jason was a perfect match for my wife and I. My wife is demanding and wants things her way. I make the money so she can get things her way. Jason was patient from the beginning. He met us at any location to tour any house. I have the utmost faith and trust in Jason. When I had to sign at the title company, I turned to Jason and asked if all the paperwork was correct. He said yes, so I signed. With Jason, we were able to sell our house for a good deposit on the house we live in now that is the one that he himself found for us. We'll be using Jason for the sell of this house and the purchase of our final house.

We really appreciated working with Jason. He was trustworthy, explained the process well and made sure the T's were crossed and the I's dotted.
