Seller reviewThis was the first time I have ever sold a home. I had lived in the home for 19yrs. It is where I raised my daughter. I had a lot of emotional attachment to the home. Jason was very sensitive to this and actively listened to my long winded speeches about the many glorious attributes of my home. He was able to weed through the emotion and pull out the needed information in listing and representing my home to buyers. My small town also has some unique features for watering irrigation etc. Jason was good to follow through on how this worked, what was offered and what I was offering with the sale of the home.
