Seller reviewJason West is always available and he communicates clearly, consistently and proactively. I always felt that he gave me options and input and helped me come to timely decisions with confidence. I will recommend Jason to anyone who asks if I know a good realtor. I had a potentially tricky sale with difficult historical zoning issues that required a bit of forensics to entice the right buyer and Jason didn't flinch. I never lost any confidence in him or the process of this sale.

Buyer reviewThere is nothing Jason West could have done better. On the contrary, he was exceptional at interpreting our unintentionally mixed messages. He focused on our essential wants/needs and narrowed our search efforts down to relevant properties. But he also took a little time to show us lower- and higher-priced properties and help us work through how they did or did not suit us. Further, Jason was helpful through the contract negotiations which could have become contentious without clear-headed resolve. We would recommend Jason without reservation.
