Buyer reviewI was 100% satisfied with my experience with Jennifer Harris-Steele. Even if she did not know answers to certain questions, she got them to me within a reasonable time, and was very flexible with my schedule and needs. She guided me through every step, and helped me to understand things I was new to as a first time home buyer. She made herself available and was very patient and non-pushy, even before I locked in the decision to apply. her personality was warm, inviting, and attentive. She performed in my best interest, stepped in where I needed, and stood back when the decisions were personal. I became friends with her in the time we spent exploring houses, and would recommend her to others.

Buyer reviewKim Braaten is the best in the biz! She always gave us room to make our own opinions but wasn't just a yes-women. If we missed something that she thought would be a problem later she'd lets us know and let us know why. She went up to bat for us time and time again when we were countered with a less than ideal offer and was always just a text message away! As first time home buyers we had lots of questions and Kim was able to answer them. When she wasn't sure she'd find the answer and get back to us within a day.
