Buyer reviewJenni Harris-Steele has been a blessing. The process to buy or sell a house can be daunting at times. We hit some heavy roadblocks in our process. However, Jenni was there at every one of them. Her professionalism, and her knowledge of the industry was vital in getting us into the house that was best for us. More importantly, her kindness, her empathy, her patience, and her communication skills, at every step of the way, was the reason why I am so grateful to have her as my realtor. Buyer reviewOur search/build home process was at a very low and frustrating point when we met Kim. She helped us refocus and understand better the process. Kim used her contacts to get us in touch with the builders that eventually built our home. Kim helped us again when the building process had some unexpected delays and critical deadlines were coming to our life. We are new very happy with our new home, Kim Braaten has been the key turning point for use to achieve our dream.

Becoming first time homeowners has been a dream made possible through her property insight and individual recommendations. We toured MANY homes before we found the right one. She was never pushy and always gifted us her honesty. She was detailed and timely about the whole approval process. We are forever grateful for her expertise!

Buyer reviewJenni was great. Her enthusiasm was infectious, and she cultivated a trusting relationship. She is sensitive to client's needs and wants. In fact, the house we ended up purchasing was on her recommendation! We had already had our heart broken losing a prior offer. Jenni, knowing that my job was giving me a holiday the following Monday, had scrounged up three more properties and rallied my spouse and I to do some walkthroughs. On the house we ended up with, she offered us a second walkthrough. Once inspection time came around, she went beyond her duties to schedule a foundation specialist after the initial inspection. Jenni treats her clients like dear friends, which my spouse and I greatly appreciated.
