Jim is very professional. What I liked most about Jim's personality and work is he was straightforward. He did not tell me "what I wanted to hear." Additionally, Jim was exceptional with communication. Jim would not hesitate to call me to provide feedback, ask questions, and ensure we were on the same page. It did not matter what time of day - Jim was available, always!
