Klint saved me from the insanity of this sellers market. I had worked with another company and realtor for 3 months prior to working with Klint and I saw over 50 houses and got so burnt out I was almost willing to give up. He is great at determining your needs and desires and weeding out houses that don't fit you! He is knowledgeable about real estate and the areas of Anchorage. He has a history of buying, selling, remodeling and renting out houses himself. This gave me the ability to get has a lot of general knowledge on how much things could cost to fix prior to inspections which helped decide whether I thought it was worth making offers or deciding to move on. As a first time home buyer this was a humongous help I would highly recommend Klint at c21
