My name is Mandi Hart, and I was born and raised in the Golden Heart City of Fairbanks. I grew up in Two Rivers, spending my childhood riding four-wheelers, exploring the outdoors, and surrounded by family. Those early experiences shaped who I am today as I’ve built a life here and started a family of my own. I’m a proud mom of two energetic boys who certainly keep me on my toes. I’m actively involved in the community and serve on several local nonprofit boards. I hold a degree in Early Childhood Education and spent 13 years as a preschool teacher. You might wonder how working with young children connects to property management—parents trusted me every day to care for, teach, and support their children. That same trust, communication, and sense of responsibility now guide how I care for property owners and their homes. Growing up in the Fairbanks area has given me a deep understanding of the community, the weather, and the local resources that benefit both owners and tenants.
