Buying or selling a home is a major life event and can be very stressful. So many decisions to make. Is now a good time? Where do we want to live? How much house do I need? How much house can I afford? The list goes on and on. I get calls from across the country every week from family and friends starting the process and feeling the same way you probably are right now. "I've heard this...." "My agent is telling me...", "My lender said..." Why do they call me, knowing I'm a thousand miles away and not even licensed in their state? They call me for a few reasons. One, they know that I have fully dedicated my life to real estate. I continually, study, train and investigate every aspect of the process. I thrive even more on questions I may not have the answers to because it gives me the opportunity to learn and grow as I seek the correct answers. More importantly they call me because I am the "calm" in the storm. They know that my years of experience as a Senior Leader in the Army have trained me to not only effectively deal with stressful situations but how to help others through stressful situations. I am the voice of reason, comfort, and peace. Who would have ever thought you could use the word "Real Estate" and "Fun" in the same sentence?
