•I called Ralph Massey late in the afternoon to tell him that we were interested on purchasing HUD home in Decatur and he asked us to meet him at the Madison office the same afternoon. My family and I met him and although it was late in the afternoon he took the time to show us the house and by the time we decided to submit an offer on the house he went ahead and process all the paperwork the same evening as well. What made him stand out in our eyes was that he took the time to explain in detail the process of buying a HUD home to me and my family and explained every detail on the forms to us. We didn't leave Century 21 Steele & Associates Real State Office office until almost midnight but we left with a feeling of satisfaction and accomplishment.
