Josh was referred to me by my dad and it was the best decision I could make. He was there to answer any questions. If he didn’t have the answers he was determined to get them. He would go above and beyond any requests. A major thing that stuck out was when we went to look at a home in lonsdale there were a few dogs there. He stood between myself with my daughter and the dogs so if they were aggressive he was there. I have never had anyone do that before and it was very thoughtful.
