Martha was born in Shreveport, Louisiana, and raised in southwest Arkansas — though "raised" only tells part of the story. She comes from a military family, with her father, brother, nephews, and daughter all having served, and much of her childhood was spent moving and living in places all over the world. That upbringing shaped someone who adapts quickly and feels at home almost anywhere.
She originally studied solar engineering in college, which gave her an analytical, problem-solving mindset that has served her well in the 35 years since, guiding clients through every kind of real estate decision. She's licensed in both Colorado and Arkansas, and working across two states has given her a wider view of the market — different regions, different types of buyers, different kinds of properties.
At the core of it, Martha believes real estate is about people first. She listens closely, takes the time to understand what each client needs, and brings the same care and attention to every transaction, whether it's a first home or a more complex sale.
Outside of work, family and faith are at the center of Martha's life. She is a proud mother of four and grandmother of three. She also loves being outdoors — biking, boating, gardening, and exploring nature wherever she can find it.
