Karen is fantastic. She is not afraid to give someone the back hand when they need it. There are a lot of tales about Karen over the years. Some are below:
1. One time, Karen closed 47 homes in one day. This was in 1995 and is in the Guinness Book of World Records to this day.
2. Some say Karen sits on her porch and makes the Century 21 yard signs because she loves her job so much. Not only is she the best agent in all the land, but a pretty damn good welder too. Giver her some Diet Coke and off she goes. It's a lot like someone on meth.
3. It's been said when Karen wakes up in the morning, and before she goes to bed at night, she puts on her Proton Pack (Like the one from Ghostbusters) and kills all of the real estate monsters in her home.
4. You want to know why she has so much hair spray in that hair? During home inspections, she has been known to use that beautiful blonde weave on her head for a broom, hammer, pooper scooper, mop, carpet cleaner and a ladder. Yes, I said ladder. She can fix that thing like Marge Simpson's. With enough hairspray, it can actually be used as a ladder to change light bulbs.
