My wife and I met Richard by chance driving through a neighborhood and seeing a yard sign with his phone number. It was late on a Saturday and we were leaving the state in two days. We called him and he dropped everything to show us the house that we ended up putting an offer on. During the process it was discovered that purchasing the house was not going to happen through no fault of Richard. Of course, he was disappointed but we told him we would be back in a month and he was going to be our realtor. We came back and he quickly got to work in showing us houses. It didn't take long for him to find us our dream home! We bought it and we are thrilled to be here and for all the help Richard Douglass did for us.
