Curt got into the real estate industry over 35 years ago. His father taught him valuable lessons in the home building business. Paul Wieler thought it would be very beneficial for his company, Value Homes, to have a real estate agent in the office. Curt took real estate classes from Lumbleau Real Estate school in Riverside, California. Curt began these classes at the age of 17 and a junior at Eisenhower High School. By the time he was 18 and, and a senior, Curt had his real estate license.
Value homes could now assist home building clients in acquiring buildable lots to construct their dream home. They could even take a home in trade, while the new home was being built. This allowed customers to live in their trade-in home until their dream home was completed and only move once!
Curt attended Cal Poly Pomona and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in finance, insurance and real estate. After four years experience in real estate, and excelling in six different University classes in real estate, Curt passed his Real Estate Broker's exam and became a real estate broker at the age of 22.
He set out to work in the family custom home building business. There the family built numerous custom built homes in the Inland Empire, foothills and High Desert. The business was truly a one stop shop with land acquisition, home design from scratch, packaging including the primary construction loan, secondary financing, and home trade in.
After a few years in the family business, Curt and his new wife, Vicki, started a home building business of their own, Wieler Development, Inc. They continued in the tradition and practices that Curt learned in the family business. Curt found his stride working with home building, real estate sales and even mortgage loans.

Curt has taught high school math, economic and personal finance classes as well as coaching high school and youth basketball and baseball. He holds a Masters Degree in educational Leadership and earned a high school Principal Certificate from the state of Arizona. He has taught classes for a number of years at The Arizona Academy of Real Estate followed by teaching agent, broker and continuing education classes at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business.
Curt lives in Gilbert, Arizona with his wife, Vicki, three children, David, Steven and Kelsi and three grand children, Caydon, Clairelin and Harper In addition to golf he enjoys travel, sports and playing cards. Curt is a regular attendee at Redeemer Bible Church in Gilbert Arizona. He is a co-founder of POWER Ministry.
