Cara was recommended by a friend. I was nervous selling as I live across the country and had to sell the home of a deceased relative in AZ. I had such a great experience using Cara as a realtor. She was very knowledgeable in the selling process, was accessible, and went above and beyond to try to sell the house and it's furnishings. She and her team had many open houses for me even when the market was slow but she kept pushing for me. Cara put several items on Craigslist for me so that I wouldn't have to donate those items to charity that were in excellent condition. She came to the house a few times and would even bring clippers to trim around the entry to spruce it up! I truly appreciated all she did since I was not local and couldn't do much myself from miles away. Cara was a true gem and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone selling/buying a home in the Phoenix area!
