We met Chad at a viewing for a rental property, and he gave us a lot of great advice. We asked him about buying a home and what that would entail, and he explained it very well and covered all our questions. As first-time home buyers, we were extremely nervous about the process, but Chad and Shannon made it much easier. They were super responsive when we wanted to look at homes, and when it came down to making offers, they helped us every step of the way. In escrow, many things popped up, but they explained everything in such a clear way and helped us make those tough decisions. They are both incredible people; we could not have bought our first home without them. We don't have family in the area, so they were there when we had questions about the area.
