Since I had left the state before the house went on the market, Janette Olson had to be available for anything that came up--inspections, getting estimates for potential repairs, contacting individuals to perform work, etc. She kept in close touch with me, regarding all offers, and didn't attempt to push me in any direction--when I asked her opinion, she gave it and gave the reasons for it. She was easy to work with, extremely easy, considering that all our interactions took place over the phone or email.
Karen Crosby was also extremely helpful. Because I was not in area, it was important that I be able to contact someone with questions. Either Janette or Karen was always available.....
