Joshua Vargaz
Originally from Michigan, Joshua joined the Army at 18, serving for six years and completing two deployments to Iraq. After transitioning out of the military, he moved to Arizona with his wife and began a nine-year career in law enforcement, holding positions as both a SWAT officer and a detective. His experience in these roles reinforced his core values of integrity, dedication, and attention to detail—qualities he now brings to his work in real estate.
Having gone through the transition from military service to civilian life himself, Joshua understands the challenges veterans face when separating from the military and purchasing their first home. He is passionate about helping fellow veterans and first-time buyers navigate the process with confidence, ensuring they feel informed and supported every step of the way.
Joshua resides in Peoria, AZ, with his wife and two daughters. As a family man, he knows how important it is to find the right home and is committed to making the buying and selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Whether working with first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or anyone in between, he provides the same level of professionalism and care that defined his career in public service.
When he's not helping clients, he enjoys off-road Jeep adventures and traveling with his family.
