In 2016, we decided to buy a home in Arizona. Out of the ten agents we called from our home in Canada, Monica was the only one who listened long enough to decide we were actually capable of buying a house. Because of the extensive market knowledge Monica helped us acquire, we were able to buy a very well priced home on the second day it was for sale, despite being four thousand miles away.
