Outside of my professional life, I am a proud and fiercely protective mother of four, daughter forever appreciative, wife whose heart flutters and a volunteer with the University of Arizona Master Gardener Cooperative Extension in Yavapai County, where I continue to grow through service and community involvement. For more than 30 years, yoga, specifically hot yoga, has been an important part of my personal foundation, helping me cultivate focus, resilience, and balance from within. Living in the forest with wildlife outside my door has been one of the most meaningful relocations of my life... a sacred return to stillness, wonder, and the quiet truth that the deepest healing begins when we reconnect with nature....
