Cheng-Chun Pan
I was born in Taiwan and came to the United States in 1997 to study. I earned a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management and later held management positions with Hilton, Travelodge, Panda Express, and Pei Wei. I have many years of experience in the hospitality and restaurant industries. Today, I operate a small restaurant under my own brand.
My experience in hospitality taught me to consider things from the customer’s point of view: first understand what people need, then offer helpful and practical support. I bring this service-minded approach to real estate, helping clients understand the buying or selling process and consider options that fit their circumstances.
I speak Mandarin, Taiwanese, Hakka, and English, and can communicate with clients from a range of language and cultural backgrounds.
As a first-generation immigrant, I arrived in the United States from Taiwan with two suitcases to begin my studies and a new chapter of life. Over the years, I have worked and built a life here, gradually finding my footing. This experience has taught me that a path often takes shape one step at a time, and helps me relate to people exploring new opportunities and planning their future in Arizona.
If you are looking for a home in Arizona or have questions about starting a business, studying, or settling here, please feel free to contact me....
