Evelyn Grant was my first realtor in 2006, she was just new to the business but she was always very strategic, accessible, patient, wise, detail oriented, articulate, and responsive. I was such a nervous buyer but she was so confident with her recommendations, I trusted her advice. I never felt like she was there to just make a commission, instead she genuinely cared about my best interest. Well, 9 years later I googled her name and was relieved to see she was still in the business and she remembered me and my family! Wow! She probably deals with a lot of clients at any given moment, but she always makes you feel like you are her only client. It's an art! She is amazing at what she does....
