Jo Ann is amazing her general knowledge of her profession is second to none. Haveing lived in the valley most of her life she is very knowledgeable of where and where not to steer her you based on your desires. She has a very extensive understanding of the business side of closing the deal and refuses to compromise her clients needs or wants and is detailed in her paperwork making sure nothing is left on the table. Also her knowledge of the rental side of her business is great in that for me always looking to the future wanted to know if the property I purchased would have earning potential if and when I may want to move up in house in the future.
