I would absolutely recommend Jody Phister to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house. She helped me search for and buy a house in 2009, and then I asked her to help me sell it in 2017 as we were moving out of state. Fantastic buying experience in 2009, and wonderful selling experience in 2017. Jody hasn't wavered in her level of commitment, energy, sincerity, professionalism, and just plain awesomeness. She is extremely knowledgeable, personable, flexible, patient, great at explaining things to those who are new to the buying or selling process, and a wonderful advocate for helping ensure the best situation possible. Jody is genuine and thorough, actively listens to understand what is important to us. She looks out for us as if we are family. My only regret is that we can't take Jody with us to help us buy our next house in the Midwest.
