In 1997, after 17 years of teaching hearing impaired and autistic children, I became a full-time real estate agent and have been a part of the Century 21 brand and Arizona Foothills brokerage since 1998. Real Estate had always been of interest to me as my two daughters can attest after dragging them to every new build and many open houses when they were young! Shortly after joining Century 21 Arizona Foothills, my husband and I moved to Cabo San Lucas, BCS, Mexico. I kept my license active in Arizona. In Mexico, we started a property management company and a separate vacation rental company. We managed up to 90 homes and had over 120 homes in our rental pool. Over the years in Mexico, I gained experience in running an international company with over 20 employees, international real estate sales, international rentals, and working with people from all over the world. Amidst running our property management and rental business in Cabo, I would drop in for meetings as the “international agent” of Arizona Foothills. Being out of the country, it was a godsend to still have access to all of the resources and training that have always been offered by this brokerage. As an agent, there is always something to improve. Following up on leads, fostering relationships with clients, familiarizing myself with areas served, and finding time to attend training and meetings are all part of serving my clients. I'm available to serve the entire Phoenix metro area and part of Pinal County which includes Maricopa, Casa Grande, Eloy, Arizona City, and Stanfield. In 2021 I added the White Mountains of Arizona to the areas being served. This includes communities in both Navajo and Apache counties such as Show Low, Pinetop, Heber/Overgaard, Snowflake, and more. I have experience in residential sales, vacant land sales, international residential sales, property management, and rentals both long and short-term. I have always found it easy to meet new people. Ask my husband who I met in line 13 at the DMV, because of a spider, which is a story in itself! Customer service and communication have always been of great importance in helping my clients. I would recommend Nanci as a realtor in a heart beat. She always made sure she was available when we were in town to house shop. She was very patient with us when we didn’t find the perfect home right away and when we changed our mind about location and timing. When we went back to Washington state she stayed in contact from time to time. I never felt like she pushed too much. Because if that fact, it was easy to develop a friendship with Nanci. We definitely felt we needed to be loyal to her. She spent a lot of time with us. We are grateful for her services !
