Nataly began her real estate journey at a boutique firm, starting as a receptionist and gaining hands-on experience that gave her a comprehensive understanding of the industry. In 2017, she graduated with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Grand Canyon University. Her background in finance allows her to assist clients in strategizing budgets, designing savings plans, and exploring long-term wealth-building strategies through real estate.
Known for her exceptional negotiation skills, attention to detail, and innovative marketing strategies, Nataly consistently delivers favorable outcomes. Nataly is particularly passionate about working with first-time homebuyers, having become a homeowner and investor at a young age herself. Nataly has also demonstrated leadership and commitment to her profession, serving as the youngest board member in the history of the NAHREP Phoenix Chapter and holding roles including Marketing Director and Secretary. She has received numerous accolades, including Rookie of the Year, Top Sales Agent (2019–2024), Top Latino Agent with NAHREP Greater Phoenix, and WESERV Gold Award winner for Top Teams of 2–4. She is also active with the Women’s Council of Realtors, serving as First Vice President of the West Valley Network.
