Susan had sent me a letter informing me that she had an adjacent property for sale and wanted to know if I was interested in buying it. I was not, but decided to contact her and ask if she was interested in selling my property.

I learned of Susan when she mailed me a letter asking if I was interested in purchasing a lot that was next to my lot. Although I was not interested in buying an additional lot, I was interested in selling my lot and another vacant property that I had inherited from my Father. I decided to contact Susan to ask if she would help me sell my properties, and she said she would!
Although I never met Susan face-to-face, she was easily reachable and kept me informed with any progress. I realized these properties could be difficult to sell so am so happy that she worked hard to make it happen!
To be fair, I'm not sure how Susan promoted my properties. I was just thrilled that she actually brought us offers! I had tried selling these properties, off and on, over the past 20 years (?) with other agents and never got anywhere.
I am very happy and satisfied with Susan's ability to sell these properties for me and get significantly more money than I ever thought possible!
