Deanne worked deligently to sell our home quick. We had purchased a home out of state non contingent on the sell of our CA home. We did not want to own 2 homes but we did not want to loose the AZ home so we pushed forward in this manner. She worked hard to sell our home, construction nearby was a factor to many possible buyers and she had a plan to provide as much detail to a buyer upfront to not risk loosing the sale after being in escrow. It worked, the buyer fell in love with our home and we, closed less than 2 weeks after the close of our new AZ home. We've used Deanne in the past and would use her again!
