Samuel Chan, Arcadia
Stephen Leung helped us to search a house before. From that experience, we know he is very faithful and honesty. In addition, his knowledge about the market is excellent and up to date. When we tried to search a house in Rancho Cucamonga in the Spring of this year, it was not easy as the available houses were not that many. But Stephen worked hard and grabbed any opportunities that might fit us. He will try his best to make himself available to check any open houses.
He knows the need of home buyers pretty well, and he would check out the conditions of the available houses and let the buyers have idea what are available. This saves us a lot of time and effort....
