In addition to previous comments, It should be noted that throughout the lengthy process of getting the property ready for sale (i.e. meeting all the codes, fire prevention, homeowners etc), Ms. Forrester managed all the associated activities such that the distance between us (2600 miles) was not a factor in the level of confidence I had in her being the best representative I could have had. At all times I was convinced that everything that could be done was in progress.
Ms. Forrester's assistance in the resolution of numerous significant barriers to the sale of the property was essential to it's sale. These barriers included, but not limited to, solving the problem of dead tree removal, acquiring the necessary property survey, clearance of the brush as required by the Homeowner's Association etc. Her awareness of the local market also resulted in the location of a buyer that was fully responsive to my criteria.
Of particular significance was that Ms, Forrester was successful in the preparation and sale of the property for me by e-mail and telephone. Thus eliminating the need for me to make numerous cross country trips.
The performance of Ms. Forrester in the successful sale of my property was outstanding in all aspects of the process.
