Cody responded with factual information to each of our questions and then gave us his suggested course of action. From our first meeting in his office he impressed us (within about two or three hours of meetings him) with several pages of sales and listing information for Lake of the Pines, highlighting those comparable to our house. It was an impressive presentation put together very rapidly and accurately. He kept us informed constantly throughout the entire process. What can we say - he did a great job for us!!!
