We recently sold our house, and used Ray Sharma of Century 21 Masters and Bay Realty as our selling real estate agent. I cannot praise Ray highly enough. But, I will try. Ray has nearly 30 years of experience, and is very professional and ethical. Ray gave us excellent recommendations on preparing our home for sale, all of which was spot on. He also advised us on pricing and sales strategies, again just right. To clarify what an outstanding job Ray did for us, we were living in an area with historically known slow sales. We were prepared to have the home listed for 6-12 months. After one weekend of open house, we were under contract in 11 days. Yes, less than two weeks. I give all the credit for this to Ray Sharma.
