The invesstment purchase process couldn't have gone any smoother. I explained what I was looking for in a couple of communities and he helped find potential properties. On one of our searches in Palm Springs, he set up five properties for us to tour. We landed on putting an offer in on a Foreclosure. This required the offer and process to follow HUD procedures. He prepared the offer over the weekend and we heard back on Monday, that the offer was accepted!
Will definitely ask Steve for help in the future.
