After a long court litigation and family members opposing, I finally got to sell my house. My attorney recommended a lady from century 21. Here comes a beautiful blonde bubbly and full of life lady named Wendy. I live in a small town labor community mostly Mexican people, . Wendy made me feel safe and comfortable and we talked like we were friends. Wendy is a professional in real estate and not once did I have a question or problem in the process of selling, she never gave up on me, very patient with docusign and explained everything. Wendy gets to know everything about the client and it's not about selling, but about helping and caring for her clients, and helped me detach emotionally from the home I had been in so long. There was a team of 3 men and 1 women working together to make this happen. Wendy was never intimidated by them, but assisted in all she could. The best part is that she prays, with me for me and it worked. I had a wonderful experience and definitely made a friend....
