When we decided to sell our home of 25 years, we needed a lot of help. Joan provided that help. She arranged a contractor to remodel the house. The kitchen was remodeled with new appliances, the flooring throughout the house was updated. The walls were painted. The kitchen cabinets were painted. The landscaping was also updated for more curb appeal. Joan also arranged for a couple of contractors to help us pack up and move. When we looked at the photos online during the staging of house we were very pleased.
She made sure we had and signed all of the required documents, and there were reams of them. She brought all the papers to us, explained what they were and answered all of our questions. At the close of escrow, Joan gave us a copy of every document, even putting some into a binder. She was easy to work with. Her warm and friendly manner made us comfortable. We would definitely recommend Joan to our friends & family. Jeff & Inez Goldberg...
