I was looking for a house within the 400 to 500k range and Perlita got it for me. In the beginning I was not set on location, i.e. I was back and forth on whether to prioritize my job with a shorter commute, or a location closer to family. Eventually, I got a house within 10-12 mins where most of my family lives. Although commuting in LA is really bad, my deciding factor to live close to family dominated. Where my family lives is more permanent than my current job. I'm glad that was sorted out and I couldn't be happier with the house that I got which is still central but slightly suburb.
Perlita's at least 20+ years of experience in real estate was very useful. It helps in judging which properties to pursue and which ones which should not spend time on. Timing is also important and she really guided me when to push and when to pull, all the way to closing with escrow.
