Nicole Carter is the best of the best. As I was new to this process, she walked me through all the steps (I might even say "held my hand"), explained the process and asked all the right questions. Nicole anticipated and listened to my questions, was accessible and responded quickly throughout the process. She found all the necessary people and resources to get the information we needed to make good decisions.
