Barbara was EXCELLENT. We cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She knew exactly what sort of buyer we were hoping for the home and she never lost sight of that. She was SO CONSIDERATE of our feelings (we were selling our family home) and never lost sight of that. Through the entire process, she became like a sister to us. She was PERFECT. The only other person I can think of was Liz Ponce, the Notary for some of the escrow papers. She also was very nice and very informed as to what needed to be notarized.
