Where do I start. From the beginning Melvin was very professional. He listened to my needs and fulfilled my needs to the fullest. I call him the dream team. Why because he found me the perfect home. No down payment from my pocket, I received a grant. He even got the sellers to pay my closing cost. I put $2000.00 in escrow. At closing I got a refund of $1100.00 and 2 weeks ago my home was reevaluated and I got another refund for $1500.00. My home is perfect.
