When necessary, she doesn’t hesitate to reach out to her legal support team to help clarify any issues in defense of her clients. Her knowledge, work experience, work ethics and closing experience make her clients feel comfortable; she’s even quite familiar with all of the logistics and upheaval of moving since in her younger days she was a military brat and then she married a military man. As part of a real estate investor team with her husband, she understands flipping, how to increase values and identify the most logical avenue to take in a real estate transaction.
Leah has been a licensed and active Realtor since 2003. Prior to that, she worked in escrow for ten years.
