Myself,sister and mother were very impressed with Edison Echeverry's preparation in finding comparable properties in the area and surrounding areas. Not only for the list price, but what they sold for. Edison came prepared with all this information to our first meet and greet. He basically gave us a presentation via his computer, navigating from site to site. Edison was very polite, respectful and professional, yet very down to earth and made us feel very comfortable.
