It was very pleasant and satisfactory to work with margie camacho, I believe our case was a bit more complex than that of the normal process due to the fact, that we were multiple individuals trying to purchase the property. On the other hand, she heard our situation and Took it personal and got to work right away to find the right lender to pre qualify us and guide us throught the path to become homeowners. Margie, showed us various properties and even made recommendations About the age of the property the conditions and what was best suitable for us. Which made it simpler and less stressful to make a comfortable decision.
Once we made a choice, she recommended an inpection which was very important to onow the real conditions of the property and not only what was seen through the naked eye. There was a small problem with the back unit shower and she took the initiative to send a plumber to make sure it was not an expensive problem that we would eventually inherit. Throughout the process she went out of her way to be at her office to obtain signatures even if it meant staying late and after normal business hours. Even if we encounter some difficulties through the end of escrow, she made sure we received the adequate help to finish the process and feel that sensation of joy, happinesses and relief of having a place called “home”.
