Again would I would emphasize Rick's attention to details before making any transitions or decisions in selling or buying property. Rick will go out of his way to answer any concern you have at anytime, day or night. The property I had which Rick sold in an area in Beaumont,Ca were there are many property's who have for sale signs. Rick put his Century 21 sign up and did a few open houses, Rick had multiple offers but only a few qualified. Rick was able to get the asking price by negotiating between buyers and me. To this day, there are still for sale signs on the same block which Rick sold my house. There are many houses that were similar in size and were from the same area and Rick was able to sell mine. Rick did a great job....
