We did not live locally so DaVonna's assistance was very much appreciated.
DaVonna made recommendations to improve the presentation of the property. She helped us find a house cleaner. She then help us find a contractor to do maintenance and repairs to prepare for the sale, a painter to paint some of the interior and a landscaper to clean up the outside of the property. All of this was done within an agreed upon budget. DaVonna met with the contractors and helped oversee the work. DaVonna kept us updated on all work progress and we discussed every step of the preparation. The house sold in less than one week.
