Gary is my best friend’s brother-in-law. I had a real estate agent who sold my home, but had a bad experience and another bad experience with a realtor as well. So I didn’t have a lot of trust about Realtors because of recent and past bad experiences where the agent was not trustworthy or didn’t do due diligence. So when Nancy, my friend, told me Gary was in real estate, I was thrilled. I had only met Gary once in a social setting, but I knew I would trust him because he was family to Nancy. Gary had my best interest in mind, and he is very professional and most importantly, I found him to be ethical. I will recommend him to any of my friends who might sell their home or buy a home. He was done top of everything and I felt very confident in his abilities. I couldn’t be more pleased that he was my realtor. Great person with shared values and ethics which was critical to me.
