I have been a Realtor® in San Diego County since 1999. I have been through many market changes and feel comfortable explaining the market cycle to those unfamiliar with it. I moved to Chula Vista in 1976, so I was able to watch as the cows moved out and the vast Eastern portion of the city was built. I know the advantages and disadvantages of most of the communities throughout the County. Much of my business comes in the form of referrals from my friends and clients. It is my goal to help each
of my clients achieve their real estate goals. I believe in giving back to my community and my profession. I serve on the Board of Directors for my local association (PSAR) as well the California Association of Realtors®.
